Jonathan Ferrell is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer of Cuantico. He builds and operates done-for-you AI voice and SMS agents for real estate, mortgage, insurance, legal, and coaching teams, and writes from hands-on deployment experience: configuring agents, tuning follow-up sequences, and watching what actually moves contact and conversion rates for real operators.

His background is in mortgage lending and CRM architecture, where years of manual lead follow-up made the case for automation obvious long before AI voice technology existed to solve it.
